NARI of Southwest Ohio Recognizes 2022 CotY Recipients

NARI of Southwest Ohio, a chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry announced its local Contractor of the Year Award recipients during a YouTube video premiere and an in-person celebration on March 8, 2022, sponsored by Kitchens.Inspired. Contractors from the Dayton and Cincinnati metro areas vie for local CotY Awards, on an annual basis.

“Year in and year out, NARI of Southwest Ohio remodelers enter outstanding projects and this year was no different. This is no easy task to gain this recognition amongst projects from Troy to Northern Kentucky,” said Joshua Florkey, CKBR, General Manager and Designer, Kircher Design and Build.

Being recognized from southwest Ohio for projects completed between December 2020 and November of 2021 are the following companies:

Residential Kitchen $30,000-$60,000 – Remodeling Designs, Inc.

Residential Bath Under $25,000 – Cabinet Creations Design Gallery, Inc.

Residential Interior Element Under $30,000 – Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling

Residential Bath $25,000-$50,000 – Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling

Residential Kitchen $60,000-$100,000 – Cabinet Creations Design Gallery, Inc.

Residential Exterior $50,000-$100,000 – Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling

Residential Bath $50,000-$75,000 Honorable Mention – Michaelson Homes

Residential Bath $50,000 to $75,000 – Kircher Construction LTD

Residential Kitchen $100,001 to $150,000 – Cabinet Creations Design Gallery, Inc.

Residential Bath $75,000 to $100,000 – Cabinet Creations Design Gallery, Inc.

Residential Interior Under $100,000 – RA Cooks Renovations

Residential Interior $100,000 to $250,000 – Cabinet Creations Design Gallery, Inc.

Residential Bath Over $100,000 – Remodeling Designs, Inc.

Universal Design Entire House – Brentwood Builders, Inc.

Entire House $250,000 to $500,000 – Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling

Also recognized were projects earning a Regional Contractor of the Year award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI).  Both of these projects are awaiting news on National Contractor of the Year awards, to be announced in early April. Greater Dayton Building & Remodeling received Regional recognition for projects in the Residential Bath $25,000-$50,000 category and the Entire House $250,000-$500,000 category.
