Are You Ready to Enter a 2026 NARI of Southwest Ohio RotY Project?

If you are a member of NARI, we encourage you to submit an entry in the 2026 local NARI Remodeler of the Year (RotY) program. The entry portal will open in August 2025 with entries due November 17, 2025. Once your entry is submitted locally, you can decide if you want to submit your entry into the NARI regional/national competition. This can be done with the same entry – no need to resubmit. Our local rules are the same as NARI RotY rules with the following exceptions:

For NARI of Southwest Ohio RotY entries –

  • Projects must be completed between November 1, 2023 and October 31, 2025 to qualify
  • Entry fees are $200 per entry, whether an individual entry or a team entry
  • The deadline for local entries is November 17, 2025

To pay for your local (NARI of Southwest Ohio) RotY entry(s), you will use the “invoice me” option and receive further instructions to pay through the Chapter’s payment processor. If you have questions, use the “invoice me” option and NARI of Southwest Ohio will send an invoice to you for online payment. All entries must be paid prior to judging begins.
