NARI Rebrands Prestigious CotY Awards Program

To better reflect the professionals served by the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI), the association has rebranded its prestigious Contractor of the Year (CotY) Awards program as “NARI Remodeler of the Year™.”

“With its new name, the awards shine a light on the evolving industry, which includes multiple professionals who bring remodeling projects to life,” says Jason Hensler, NARI National President. “As such, the NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards™ will continue NARI’s decades-long history of honoring exceptional results in remodeling projects.”

NARI will maintain its wide support for submissions and winners as one of the premier award programs in the industry. The 2025 NARI of Southwest Ohio Remodeler of the Year Awards program will open for submissions on August 15 and the 2025 National NARI Remodeler of the Year Awards program will open in October.

NARI members may enter projects among 44 categories, from residential kitchens and baths to exteriors and landscaping design. A panel of impartial industry-leading experts judge the entries. For those who want to submit their Local entries into the National program, regional winners automatically advance to the national competition. NARI of Southwest Ohio hosts a local recognition program for additional opportunities to be honored. With the new online submission platform, entries can automatically be submitted to the National program, for an additional fee.
