Matt Couch Earns CRPM Designation

Congratulations to Matt Couch, Senior Project Manager at BT3 Renovations who earned the Certified Remodeling Project Manager (CRPM) designation in mid-May from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry. CRPMs are recognized as competent remodeling professionals, well-versed in the operational and business aspects of remodeling projects toward timely completion and increased profitability.

Matt has been with BT3 Renovations for more than three years and enjoys working closely with teams onsite, creating strategies to meet deadlines, coordinating with properties, meeteing budget expectations, and liaising with suppliers to obtain the best prices.

The exam addresses the fundamentals of remodeling project management including project planning, project cost managment, risk management, personnel management, quality assurance, recordkeeping, and communication and client satisfaction.
