Contractor of The Year Award: Now Accepting Entries for 2023!

Entries for the 2023 NARI of Southwest Ohio CotY Awards are now being accepted!  

The deadline to enter is November 1, 2022 and projects completed between November 2020 and October 2022 are eligible for entry.  

Contractor of the Year Awards (CotY) recognize excellence and are the premier awards for the remodeling industry. These local awards are handed out once per year recognizing excellence in remodeling as demonstrated in forty-eight difference categories.   

Local remodelers are welcome to submit entry for regional and national awards through the same platform for additional recognition. 

The application process is simple.  

  1. Create a presentation
    1. Max 30 slides 
    2. Outline project goals and highlight the amazing transformation 
    3. Include architectural drawings and before/after photos
  2. Write a Project summary (100 words or less)
  3. Complete and upload client-contract agreements and photo release forms 
  4. Submit the above, entry fee, and additional supporting documents by the deadline 

Standard entry – between June 1, 2022 and November 1, 2022 ($150 per entry)
Team entry – between June 1, 2022 and November 1, 2022 ($225 per entry)
