Brentwood Builders Brings Home a NARI National CotY Award

Congratulations to Brentwood Builders for bringing home a National Association of the Remodeling Industry 2024 National Contractor of the Year Award in the Entire House $250,000-$500,000 category.

With more than 600 entries nationwide, NARI of Southwest Ohio is proud to have a National Award recipient as a member.  Awards were presented during the Evening of Excellence ceremomy held during NARI's Natonal Conference on April 5.

The owners, a sharp young couple, had recently purchased a home in a desirable school district but needed to largely overhaul the existing structure to accommodate the needs of their family. More space was needed for living and a spacious bedroom wing on the first floor with a roll-in shower was required. A great room, expanded dining room and 2.5 car garage were also desired. Lastly, a luxurious owner's suite was on the wish list. To solve this couple's list of needs, the Brentwood Builders team took the existing garage along with an addition to accommodate two new bedrooms, a large laundry room and a spacious universally designed bathroom. A large great room was added on the opposite side of the house with a breezeway and garage to the rear of it. The existing living room was melded into the existing dining room creating a dining area that would accommodate the entire family. The impractical existing downstairs bedroom had the closet removed and was converted to a home office for her. The two existing upstairs bedrooms and bathroom were converted into a large owner's suite with home office for him and a comfortable bathroom with walk-in tile shower and separate soaking tub, complete with an adjacent walk-in closet.
