Are You Getting Ready to Enter a 2027 NARI of Southwest Ohio RotY Project?

If you are a member of NARI, we encourage you to submit an entry in the 2027 local NARI Remodeler of the Year (RotY) program. The entry portal will open in August 2026 with entries due November 16, 2026. Once your entry is submitted locally, you can decide if you want to submit your entry into the NARI regional/national competition. This can be done with the same entry – no need to resubmit. Our local rules are the same as NARI RotY rules with the following exceptions:

For NARI of Southwest Ohio RotY entries –

  • Projects must be completed between November 1, 2024 and October 31, 2026 to qualify
  • Entry fees are $200 per entry for individual company entries or $300 per entry for team entries (no limit to the number of team members for the same fee but all must be NARI members)
  • The deadline for local entries is November 16, 2026

A copy of the NARI and NARI of Southwest Ohio RotY Awards Rules will be available once the portal opens.
