Brentwood Builders, Inc.

This project was fun, but there were a few challenges worth noting. First, the elevation had a drastic slope in grade going away from the house. Second, tying into the existing brick under a second story window, we had to make an angle adjustment to achieve proper appearance. Third, we had to work around many obstacles for the foundation system - gutter drains, sprinkler lines, sewage drains and a geothermal system to name a few. Fourth, the breezeway required stick framing a custom 3/12 pitch rafter system with a lower ceiling than the rest of the building.
