Reinventing the exterior of this home was a significant undertaking, particularly with the challenge of expanding the laundry room, living area, garage, and office. The goal was to create a unified design that didn’t feel like a patchwork of separate “add-ons.” By thoughtfully integrating a variety of materials—such as standing seam roofing, dimensional shingles, lapped siding, shaker siding, stone veneer, and open beam rafters. This transformed the home’s modern aesthetic while preserving unity across the entire property. The result is a home that feels architecturally cohesive, rather than like a series of disconnected updates.
