This sprawling house had loads of floor plan potential but had multiple inferior projects done in the past that had come home to roost. Poorly flashed roof lines and awkward architectural lines created some significant long term moisture infiltration into the building envelope. On initial walk thru someone had removed structural collar ties from a large cathedral roof system which was causing the roof to sag and push the outside walls outward. Concrete floors were cut up to relocate heating and plumbing, structural modifications were made to make sure everything was safe and one wall was completely replaced.
